Probably the best known landmark is the partially ruined St Bartholomew's
Church. Although the 15th Century tower stands hollow, the nave has been
repaired and is now a community hall.
Did you know? - The chancel in the church contains a rare medieval gable cross with an image of Our Lady on one side - there were once hundreds of these in Suffolk but now very few remain.
For the wildlife lovers and walkers amongst you, the old railway line (off Station Road) and Corton Woods are areas to be explored. The latter is an area of heath and woodland, designated a local nature reserve.
