Tourist information

The Sunrise Coast provides two friendly and professional Tourist Information Centre’s (TIC’s), which offer a wide range of services. Located in Lowestoft and Southwold our TIC’s are Enjoy England Official Partners, which means that we are committed to quality and can provide reliable and inspirational ideas!

Each TIC is stocked with a wide range of information and leaflets that will make planning your visit easier. Our friendly and professional staff are also on hand to advise you on how to spend your time and whether it be on The Sunrise Coast, Suffolk, Norfolk or East Anglia we will have the information to enable you to make the best possible start to you stay. Our services include:

Accommodation information and bookings
Local and national information
Local and national attraction information
Event and what’s on information
Transport enquiries including National Express bookings
Maps and publications
Discount tickets to a range of attractions and events

We also stock a good range of books and maps of the local area and a selection of souvenirs and gifts to remind you of your visit to The Sunrise Coast, many of which are locally produced.

Our staff are also able to provide advice on travel arrangements including booking National Express Coach Travel.
