As the winter weather takes hold and the days get cool and crisp there are still plenty of ways to enjoy The Sunrise Coast, from great local events to exciting festive fun! Below are just a few of the highlights of the winter events calendar:

Ways With Words Literature Festival: 10th – 14th November 
Five star-studded days of books, ideas and lively debate in the seaside resort of Southwold. Past speakers include Kate Adie, Roy Hattersley and Sandi Toksvig.

Fritton Lake Winter Wonderland 19th November - 8th January
A magical winter wonderland  fun packed attraction has been created in the grounds of Fritton Lake including  Santa's grotto, Christmas themed play area, ice skating, food court and life sized nativity.

Beccles Christmas Lights switch on Friday 25th November
Beccles starts the festive season with late night shopping and a street fair.

Lowestoft Christmas Lights switch on Saturday 26th November
Festive fun for all the family
